Once we confirm payment we will begin processing your order within 48 hours.
After your order has been processed, we will arrange for your package to be picked up by our shipping company.
Once your items have been handed to our carrier, you will receive an email including your tracking number.
Canceling An Order
Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than stated. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we ask for your understanding and patience should this occur.
We are always available to contact if you experience a delay and will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as we can if possible.
This mainly occurs during the busy holiday season at the end of the year.
Any mistake made by the customer when giving shipping information such as wrong address, the wrong name that is the direct cause of a shipping issue will be at the expense of the customer and the refund policy won't apply.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered correctly.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery. We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Any cost associated with customs is to be paid by the customer.
